Blake Tippett has been advising public and large private companies for over a decade on solutions to retain, recruit, and reward key talent within an organization. Blake actively consults C-suite Executives, HR Teams, and Total Rewards Executives in the areas of executive benefits, various life insurance structures, supplemental retirement plans and long-term care. 

Blake co-founded Tippett Moorhead & Haden in 2012 which was a spin off from Mullin TBG, an executive benefit firm. At the time, Mullin TBG was one of the largest executive benefit administration and consulting firms in the country, administering over 800 public company executive benefit plans. Today, Tippett Moorhead & Haden is part of The Alera Group along with TRUEbenefits (Seattle), Wilson Albers (Tacoma) and Davidson Benefits Planning (Portland).  

Blake is also member of M Financial, which gives members and clients access to proprietary life and disability insurance products not available to the general public. Blake graduated from The University of Southern California and currently holds his Series 6 and 63 securities licenses. 

Matt Veach joined Pacific Life as part of the team supporting the Executive Benefits Platform called KEAP (Key Executive Advantage Plan). KEAP was created to provide full service, non-qualified plan systems, funding and support for advisors and their Plan Sponsor clients.  He currently oversees the Western Territory for Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Solutions with Pacific Life. 

With over 25 years in the financial services industry, Matt has specialized in the communication, design, implementation, administration, and financing of varying types of executive benefit and non-qualified plans. 

He has worked with Fortune 5000 to small, privately-held companies and professional services organizations, in industries of all types. He’s an expert in Corporate Owned Life Insurance and Mutual Fund product design and their application to corporate executive benefits plans. Previously, Matt established and managed the Corporate Executive Benefit Consulting Division for one of the world’s largest insurance brokerage and financial advisory firms.
