Lauren Busey is a principal and compensation consultant and survey manager with the Seattle office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 2011, Lauren's professional experience includes conducting compensation and benefits surveys, data research, analyzing market trends, and advising clients on pay and benefits issues. In addition to performing custom surveys and external market evaluations for clients in a variety of industries, Lauren’s work has focused on the development and administration of Milliman's annual regional and industry specific compensation benefit surveys.
