Hot Topics in Compensation – 2023 Update

Since we talked in January, we have more to discuss about how 2023 has unfolded for employers. Let’s get together and talk about your experience with the new laws and how they have affected compensation this year. We’ll also dive into what to expect for 2024.

What’s new in the compensation landscape?

On October 11th, Nancy Kasmar of Compensation Connections will discuss the latest hottest topics in compensation, offer strategies to meet these challenges, and open the discussion for us to share what has been working for us. She will update us on how to adapt to this changing landscape and thrive based on the latest research and insights.

Additional information for SHRM & HRCI credits
After this session, attendees will:
  • Understand the latest economic trends and how they impact compensation strategy
  • Identify effective approaches to attract and retain employees in a turbulent time
  • Strategize how to comply with the changes to the Washington EPOA, minimum wage, and exempt salary threshold

Nancy is a Principal of Compensation Connections, with over 25 years of management experience in addition to more than 15 years in human resources and total rewards.
