We are looking for top talent to join our People Operations team as a Total Rewards Manager. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, you will be helping to build out and administer new total rewards programs and processes. If you enjoy working cross-functionally to solve problems using data and organization planning; along with the desire to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic environment, this might be the role for you.

How You’ll Contribute:

· Help develop, implement and manage flexible, competitive market-based total rewards programs, including the creation of communications, resources, processes, and tools associated with them

· Manage the Company’s semi-annual salary review process including analysis, modelling, reporting, development and delivery of tools, communication and manager training

· Administer the Company’s annual short-term and long-term incentive plan awards and outcomes including payout calculations and projections, analysis, modelling, reporting, development and delivery of tools, communication and manager training

· Participate in external compensation and benefit surveys, and conduct ad-hoc benchmarking and market research as needed

· Conduct market competitiveness analysis and ad hoc total rewards analytics that allows the People Operations team make data driven decisions and meet the ever-changing landscape of total rewards Identify potential opportunities, make recommendations, and provide support for internal and external offers to attract and retain top talent

· Partner with People Operations, Recruiting, Finance, and Leadership to understand needs related to total rewards

· Provide perspectives, develop solutions, and education regarding total rewards

· Perform audits for regulatory and policy compliance

· Participate in and lead department to company-wide projects

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

· BA/BS degree and 5+ years demonstrated experience in total rewards, compensation, or related fields like Finance

· Demonstrated compensation and total rewards experience in the following areas: base salary, market pricing, variable pay and performance management, job evaluation, and data analysis

· Experience in research and cost modeling

· Desire to use consultative, influential, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to handle shifting priorities and multitasking to deliver results and meet tight deadlines

· Strong expertise in quantitative analysis in Excel.

· Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)

· Detail orientation and a high degree of organization skills.

· Curiosity - A craving for innovation, working in creative environments, and constantly looking to challenge the status quo.

Nice to Have:
