Position Summary:

As a member of the Human Resources team, provides coordination of Human Resources systems, programs, and daily operations in support to the Human Resources Department

Your contribution to the team includes:

  • Process employment life cycle transactions via automated workflows, wizard and data entry.

  • Accountable for any non-self-service entry into the HRIS database, working closely with the HRIS Analyst,

    Finance/Payroll.

  • Support Compensation and Total Rewards work groups compensation work with tasks meeting

    calendaring, agenda preparation, meeting notes compilation, distribution of notes and follow up on

    deliverables.

  • Provide support with compensation tasks such as job descriptions, Compensation Log maintenance,

    Status Change Memos, extracting data from HRIS related to compensation, creating and maintaining

    compensation process documentation and workflows and compensation analysis as requested.

  • Issue employee identification badges.

  • Process employee immunization data and tracking to ensure compliance.

  • Prepare and maintain all employment files which include personnel, confidential and employee medical

    files.

  • Maintain Employee Health and Safety database.

  • Notify supervisors of annual employee health & safety documentation needed.

  • Collaborate with Talent Management Team to provide support for HealthPoint’s New Employee

    Onboarding programs.

  • Attend and support Talent Management team meetings. Acts as back up to other Talent Management

    Coordinators as needed.

  • Participate in the development of department goals, objectives, work plans and metrics.

  • Maintain good attendance, is punctual and works full scheduled shift is a condition of employment.

  • Demonstrate respectful, professional and appropriate behavior that supports a team-oriented work

    environment.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to the mission, core values and goals of HealthPoint and its healthcare

    delivery including the ability to integrate values of justice, respect, compassion, excellence and stewardship into appropriate programs and services.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • Attend staff meetings, in-service meetings and participate in agency committees and task force activities

    as required.

Must have’s you’ll need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university in Human Resources or related field; or one to two years human resources related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures/reports/documents, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence and speak effectively in front of groups of employees and clients.

  • Theabilitytodefineproblems,collectsdata,establishesfacts,anddrawvalidconclusions. Abilityto interpret an extensive variety of technical instruction. Constructive thinking and alternative short- to long-term solutions must be considered. Action plans must be developed and implemented.

  • Demonstrated operating knowledge of computers. Intermediate level ability with Word, Excel and Outlook. HRIS knowledge preferred.
