This person will develop program budgets and track budget performance. This role develops and maintains relationships with vendors, business managers, other HR program managers, and external labor attorneys. This individual contributor position will work with team members in the HR Operations group to administer programs and will work closely with the Director Compensation and Benefits to present compensation programs to company executives, including participating in meetings with the company’s Executive Plans Committee.

The Program Manager also serves as liaison to compensation vendors providing services to PSE when conflicts arise. We are looking for someone with experience in effectively using salary survey tools to analyze and present market data to managers and executives.  We need someone who is able to coordinate development of communication tools so that PSE’s compensation programs are well understood by managers and employees. There will be opportunities to deliver presentations to groups of managers and employees.
