    We are hiring for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join Seattle Children's Research Institute!

    This is an exciting opportunity to create an important new role on our Research HR team.  You will work with a dynamic team of HR professionals to support and administer the Research compensation philosophy that helps us recruit and retain the best employees.  This position will partner extensively with HR Consultants and Business Partners, HR leadership and Institute leaders on a range of compensation work, including:  conduct job evaluations and drafting job descriptions, conduct market pricing and pay equity reviews, completion of industry salary surveys, develop creative compensation strategies for recruitment and retention of employees, and administer the annual salary increase plan and annual incentive award payouts.

Required Education/Experience: 

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 

- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience in the area of compensation 

- Human Resources experience in a health care setting 


- SPHR certification or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) 

- Leadership and/or project management experience 

- Human Resources experience in program or policy development and managing change 

- At least two (2) years experience with mainframe or network HRIS system(s) – i.e., programming, creating reports, developing, etc.
