    This is where you come in…

    We’re looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to help us deliver top notch people expertise to our business leaders. This position will be part of the Benefits & Compensation team and is key building out, executing, and continually improving our compensation and benefit processes for our Store, Home Office and Distribution Center teams.

    Your background: What kind of person will thrive in this role? You should have…

  • 2-5 years of benefits and/or compensation related experience.
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or closely related field.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel. Experience with writing. intermediate/advanced formulas, VBA, and Power Query is preferred.
  • Experience working with a multi-state employer is a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of local/federal regulation pertaining to compensation & benefit practices (FLSA, ERISA, ACA, IRS, etc.)
  • The ability to multitask and review priorities as other demands fly in on a regular basis.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for the competitive and fast-growing retail industry.
  • Strong visual, verbal and written communication skills.
