** This is a CONTRACT position



  • Provides administrative support to the HR Leadership Team including calendar and meeting management, purchase requisitions, action memos, filing, communications calendar coordination and general project support. 
  • Provides tactical support to the Employee Services team which includes benefits, HRIS and compensation.
  • Assist the department with various projects.



  • Three to five years of HR related experience.
  • Experience in compensation, benefits, and HRIS preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite of products with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and effective ability to prioritize competing obligations for a variety of customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly confidential, fast-paced environment producing quality work product on time and with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Has a strong sense of initiative and exercises and good judgment.
