Compensation Analyst – Redmond (Regular, Full-Time)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As our Compensation Analyst, you’ll provide consultative and functional support for our compensation program, developing and implementing companywide compensation and total rewards programs. This will include analyzing market data and overall competitiveness, conducting annual salary benchmarking and leading our salary adjustment and promotion process.  You’ll also conduct strategic analysis of workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations, partnering with key stakeholders to understand business challenges and advise on furthering strategic efforts and business initiatives.  You will also be involved with a variety of other initiatives, including diversity and inclusion and organizational development. This position will be based in our Redmond office, but consideration will also be given to candidates interested in our other Puget Sound locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred
  • 3+ years’ related experience
  • Strong business, consultative and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data/information and providing strategic recommendations
  • Proven ability to build consultative, collaborative relationships with managers and staff at all levels
  • Excellent collaboration, influencing, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to set a positive example for others by working with integrity, trust and commitment
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including high-level Excel reporting skills
