Part-time, contract Compensation Consultant

Applied HR Strategies, Inc. (AHRS), a leading boutique compensation consulting for past 20 years in the Puget Sound region, is seeking a mid-level to senior compensation consultant to work part-time on a contract basis to perform compensation consulting to our many clients in the local area.  

Common tasks include: extensive market pricing work (including sales and executive roles) and compensation plan development, consulting on compensation planning, compensation strategy, competing for talent from a rewards perspective, and assistance with other topics (depending on expertise), including pay equity analysis and consulting, incentive strategies and plan development, equity and long-term incentives, benefits competitiveness and total rewards plans and strategy.

Requires a minimum BA/BS degree, preferably with a focus on HR and/or business, four years of compensation experience; CCP desired. Also desired (but not required), includes experience working with some of our core industries, including technology (especially), gaming, life science/biotech, and healthcare.
