Highlights & Hot Topics from the 2020 Puget Sound and Portland Area Compensation Surveys

Our Speakers: Larry Daniels and Lauren Busey

NCRF and Total Rewards PDX have partnered with Milliman to provide you a virtual briefing of hot topics from the recently published results from Milliman’s Puget Sound and Portland Area Compensation Surveys.

Now, more than ever, it is crucial to lean on legally compliant, trustworthy data sources. With three decades of growth and experience, Milliman's surveys are recognized by the industry as the premier source of objective compensation data on nonexempt and selected exempt cross-industry positions within the Puget Sound and Portland Metropolitan areas.

In this webinar, compensation consultants Larry Daniels and Lauren Busey will provide current pay and benefits information within the context of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and social justice movement. Following prepared remarks, the consultants will respond to attendee questions. Though the focus of the data is northwest organizations, many of the trends that will be presented have been observed in other locations.
