Join us on March 20th from 11:45 am to 1 pm to hear Nancy Kasmar Principal of Compensation Connections lead us in a conversation about how you’re dealing with the challenges of the 2024 minimum wage and exempt salary threshold changes. 

Let’s talk about your experience with the latest laws and how they have affected compensation this year, including Washington Minimum Wage. 

We’ll also spend some time planning for 2025 and beyond.

Nancy is a Principal of Compensation Connections, with over 25 years of management experience in addition to more than 15 years in human resources and total rewards. She received her Master of Science degree from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Certificate in Management from the University of California, San Diego. Nancy is certified as a SHRM-SCP. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation with an additional certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
