The US Department of Labor’s FLSA final overtime rule has been described as controversial. The impact of the final rule promises to be far-reaching for all organizations and all industries in the US. Come join this virtual presentation to get a clearer understanding of the impact of these changes to your organization, and how to prepare for the huge shift in how work is done in Washington State and the rest of the United States.

  • You will understand the proposed regulations in light of historical changes to the FLSA since it was passed in 1938.
  • You will understand the legal implications and challenges of the proposed changes for their organization in other states.
  • You will understand what changes to make to your current HR practices to determine the impact of the proposed regulations.
